Abstract

Capital is needed to procure production facilities (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and equipment), plant maintenance costs, storage, marketing and transportation costs. In rubber farming, a lack of capital causes a lack of input, which raises the risk of failure or low productivity. KUR is MSME credit/financing in the form of working capital and investment supported by guarantee facilities for productive businesses whose distribution is through banks but the source of funds comes entirely from government bank funds with a ceiling of up to IDR 25 million per debtor. This farm credit facility is felt to have helped farmers in carrying out agricultural production activities better in order to achieve higher farmer income. This study examines the factors that influence rubber farmers in taking people's business credit (KUR) to help farmers' capital. The research was carried out deliberately in Lubuk Raja OKU District as a rubber center where many farmers took KUR for capital. The research method used is the survey method and the sampling method uses a simple random method using the slovin formula. The number of samples taken were 83 farmers from 482 farmers. Data analysis using logistic regression. The results of the analysis show that the variables of total family income (X1), land area (X2), production costs (X3) and price (X4) have a significant effect on rubber farmers' decisions in borrowing KUR funds at Bank BRI. Meanwhile, the land ownership status variable (X5) has no significant effect on rubber farmers' decisions in borrowing BRI Bank KUR funds in Lubuk Raja District, OKU Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to review the urgency of issuing Perppu Number 2 of 2022 and what is the business law perspective in responding to the ratification of Perppu Number 2 of 2022. The research method used by the author is normative legal research conducted by analyzing the substance of the Perppu Cipta Kerja. The author considers that the Job Creation Perppu has no urgency to force the Government to issue it, because it is precisely an assessment of stable economic conditions and nothing threatening. Even if the threat of a global recession is something to be feared, then Indonesia can adopt the principle of reciprocity in facilitating trade between countries. Perppu Cipta Kerja when viewed from a business law perspective, it will concern two things, namely regulations governing entrepreneurs or business people and regulations governing workers. Workers feel disadvantaged by the existence of the Perppu Cipta Kerja because of the rules that are not in their favor, such as the abolition of long leave, uncertainty in wages, and criteria for outsourced workers (outsorcing). On the other hand, entrepreneurs actually benefit from the Perppu Cipta Kerja's commitment to the policy of empowering MSMEs and improving the investment ecosystem, which is expected to increase investment so that many workers can surrender

Abstract

Developments in the strategic environment can create both opportunities and threats for Indonesia which must be addressed with a national defense system that is able to take advantage of Indonesia's opportunities and advantages to maximize the achievement of Indonesia's strategic interests and counteract all threats to Indonesia's national security arising from the dynamics of developments in the strategic environment. This study aims to analyze the potential for conflict as a result of developments in the strategic environment. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate that the potential for open conflict escalation in the region is very likely to arise if a misperception or incident occurs at the locus of dispute. The biggest possibility of an open conflict is a battle in maritime theater that occurs in the South China Sea and East China Sea between the US and its allied countries in the Indo-Pacific region and China, or between China and one or more countries that have territorial disputes with China. . Indonesia's geographical position which is at the crossroads of the Pacific and Indian Oceans as well as the continents of Asia and Australia makes Indonesia very vulnerable to spill impacts arising from all conflicts that occur in the Indo-Pacific region.
